Speech Problems, Broca Aphasia, Unable To Speak Clearly. Treatment?

Heloo Dr XXXXX. hopw you are fine. I am having a problem in speech. I had a sever accident on November and I suffered Broca Aphasia. But now I am fit and fine. Only problem with me is tha i can not speak clearly and properly. I dont know what is happenign with me, I am feeling very bad that i am not able to speak clearly. Can you please help me for my speech problems. Thanks .

I went through your problem description. Broca Aphasia is totally curable and you donot have anything to worry. You speech problem should be due to some maladjustment problems of vocal chords arised out of the accident.

I suggest you to meet a speech pathologist or speech language therapist who shall advice you about the problem. You cannot get the treatment online. Better consult in person.
