Spider Bite, Bruised Ring Around It With Red Bumps And Scabbing, Twitching Over Leg, Weirdness In Stomach. Worrisome?
I got bit by a spider this morning (put on my jeans and something sharp got my leg). didn t think much of it till i took a shower at around 5. It s got a bruise ring around it with red bumps and some scabbing right next to the spider bite . My leg is twitching but i think that s my imagination, and my stomach has been feeling weird for a few hours. Should i be worried?
Take an antihistamine like fexofenadine 180mg once daily
Dont worry about the leg twitching.
If your stomach continues to feel weird, then visit the ER & also do get your vitals eg BP, pulse checked..if all well, relax..you are not likely to become the next spiderman ;-) (just kidding)
Do hope all well..Wish you continued good health!

Hi there. What spider was it? Did you find it or can you identify it in a picture? Do try & apply some ice on the bite lesion unless you already have. Apply a topical hydrocortisone cream preferably one with an inbuilt antibiotic like fusidic acid. Take an antihistamine like fexofenadine 180mg once daily Dont worry about the leg twitching.
