Spitting Blood After Face Injury, Had Black Eye, Bruised Cheek And Neck, Teeth Pain. Brain Injury?

I fell and hit my face over a week ago. I had a black eye, bruised cheek and neck and had pain in my sinus and teeth . I am now spitting blood still after a week and a half. Could that be coming from my sinus or could it be a more serious brain injury? I really don t have any other symptoms although my teeth are still a bit sore.

It's likely coming from your sinuses. Not likely coming from any other kind of brain injury.
