Splotchy Legs. Should I Be Concerned?

Does he have any abdominal pain, fever, joint pains. It could be due to bleeding from under the skin as associated with respiratory infections called Henoch Schonlein purpura. It is best to be safe and get him looked at by his Paediatrician to rule this out along with other causes of the same. Keep him well hydrated and proper balanced diet.
