I have a sports injury and I ve been doing research, I think I have a sprained or partially torn iliofemoral ligament in my hip. I have pain in my left hip,cannot squat as low as I used to, or stretch and have trouble even putting on my shoe or sock on my left foot . What are symptoms and possible treatments be for a sprained or partially torn iliofemoral ligament?
