Started Hcg Drops, Have Chest Pain, Anxiety. Is This A Normal Symptom?

i just started the hcg drops i m on my 3rd day and and i have this pain on my chest that started since 12:30 this morning also feeling some anxiety because of the pain. i took an aspirin about 3hrs ago but i still feel some pressure. im wondering if it a normal symtpom on this diet that my body is learning to get used to the hcg drops
