General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
First of all I pray the Almighty for the soul be rest in peace.
It is practically impossible to tell you the reason of death only on the history you have provided.
This is the reason the post-mortem examination is done whenever it is felt necessary.

Yet I will try to tell you few facts from your small history.
Why was she referred back to India in the first place? Oman has the best medical facilities.

Green color is the worst color we can think of - be it stool or pus... This is indicative of the bacterial infection which is resistant to many many known antibiotics.

Endoscopy and colonoscopy - ulcers everywhere. .. this can be due to uncontrolled infection or specific disorders or the intestines like ulcerative colitis / toxic enterocolitis/
All the sufferings lead to multiorgan failure. This can be the reason of her death.
