Stinging Pain And Fierce Burning On Top Thigh Followed By A Growing Swelling With Less Pain.

I just felt a fierce burning and very stinging pain (like a bunch of needles) on my top thigh. Still stinging but not as sharp pain and very rapidly a small spot about the size of a small lentil is swelling in the area. It now the size of a large pea but the stinging is much slighter.
