Stomach Ache After Having Food. Is It Gastritis Or Gastroenteritis ?
hi i m 19yrs old.from the past 2wks after having food i feel a pain in my stomach and back i some times feel like vomiting and i sometimes vomit.i m also feeling very weak .i consulted a doctor and i m having the medicines.is it gastritis or gastroenteritis.
