Stomach Cramps, Acidity. Started After Having Mexican Food. Remedy?

I am a 31 year old male and I have had stomach cramps for the past week. It started by eating a lot of hot mexican food which I rarely eat and in the middle of the night i woke up with terrible heart burn. The next night I had a horrible stomach ache and almost went to the hospital it hurt so bad. This week I haven't had a stomach ache just cramps on my right side and when I eat I get gas and usually end up going to the bathroom.

Hi, they appears to be due to the food poisoning, or may be due to urinary tract infection, or food allergy. So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI and other tests for diagnosis.Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Thank you.
