Stomach Discomfort, Severe Pain In The Middle Of Stomach, Around Belly Button. Cause?

My daughter is 14. Yesterday she had a lot of discomfort in her stomach . No flu like systems. Just sever pain in the middle of her stomach. About 2 up from belly button and 2 below. That lasted approx 12 hours. Today is has no pain with the exception of an area around her belly button about the area of a softball that is very tender to touch. Again no other systoms.

Hello!

Thanks for the query.

There is possibility of acute appendicitis.Hence get an urgent USG-Abdomen done.
Acute colitis can also present with same features but possibility is very less in her.

Hence get Hb,CBC and USG-Abdomen to rule out infection of appendics.
