Stomach Gurgling, Red Blood During Bowels. Reason?

I m 30 years old and female. My stomach has been hurting today, guguling a lot. I ve been drinking plenty of water and eating veggies thought the day. I ve been able to poop but every time I do there is bright red blood in the toilet. Kind of a lot of it (reminiscent of when i m menstruating). I m also not sure but I think I saw something in the toilet that wasn t stool (so maybe a part of my intestines or stomach lining)? I don t have insurance and can t afford to go to the hospital any time soon and I m nervous that something is going on. I should also mention that I have hemorrhoids off and on for years now and I usually will have a bowel movement at least 4-5 times a day.
