Hi ! Do you have any history of a missed period ? In any case, you should immediately go and consult your gynaecologist who may examine you clinically, and also do some investigations like routine urine test for infection and pregnancy, followed by an ultrasound of abdomen with special reference to the pelvic organs. Your unrelenting pain could be due to a missed miscarriage or due to an ectopic pregnancy or from severe pelvic infection. All these can be assessed in person and with investigations as mentioned. So you should not delay and consult the doctor in person. Good luck.
