Hi, - The seveir pain due to lumberspine may result in hesitation to attaind nature's call. leading to constipation,lac of appetite & pain in abdomen.
- the pain killers taken to combat spinal pain reslting in gastric irritation, abdominal pain,fear to eat ( to avoid pain) resulting in constipation& lac of appetite.
visit to orthopedic doctor for management of medicines,lumber exercises under care of a physiotherapist, & treatment of acidity along with adaption of good dietary & bowel habits is the answer. Thanks.
