Stomach Pain Due To Swallowing Of Semen

My wife enjoys giving me oral sex, and I enjoy it too. However, she has concerns that if she swallows the semen she'll have stomach aches or something bad will happen. Is that true?

No that is not true. One can get oral infections though.
