Stomach Pain Like Squeezing Intestine. Normal Bowels And Have Gas. Why?
I have had stomach pains for 2 weeks that come around the late afternoon. It feels like someone is squeezing my intestines into knots. I have normal bowels in the morning and by the afternoon have gas but no bowels. It hurts to the point where I dont want to stand up straight- I dont know why its been going on for so long...

Your symptoms suggest indigestion.
There is excessive gas formation due to disturb your digestion pattern.
Eat more liquid,light diet.Try to keep regular time for your lunch and dinner.
do regular exercise,yoga.Avoid stress,anxiety.
Petoprazole/rebeprazole with domperidone will be helpful.
Take enzyme preparation to improve digestion.
