Stomach Pain Radiating To Bowels, Slight Constipation. Cause?

i was driving this afternoon and all of the sudden i felt a stomach pain resonating to my vowel. level of paid was 6. it continued like the pain was swinging from front to back, front to back. and it was very painful. when i got home i bent down on the floor thinking that it was just air on my stomach. it did not stop then i went to the restroom and attempted to move some vowel. i did just a little bit. but the pain was still there. i feel asleep for an hour and when i woke up it was gone. that was the first time i felt this pain. my food intake today was a piece of toast with nutella and tea for breakfast. 1/4 turkey sandwich, half apply and a kiwi for lunch. the paid started around 630 pm and continued for an hour. what could be the cause of that pain?
