Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Your stool culture shows micro-organisms Klebsiela these are Gram negative organisms and usually sensitive to aminoglycoside antibiotics like Amikacin, other antibiotics which can be used are Aztreonam, and Meropenem.
This type of culture report is to be corelated clinically and why this was ordered,as this is not commonly associated infection of GIT.
If there is any special condition like immunocompromised state or hospital acquired infection or any malignancy state your treating doctor would be best person to interpret and decide about therapy if required.
Good Luck to you.
