Stopped Using Novelon As Hormones Changed And Got PCOD. When Can I Become Pregnant?

hi doctor i have used novelon for 3 yrs my harmones have changed totally and i got PCOD also i stopped novelon immediately and my doctor have done some tests like thyroid,tsh,lh.everything is normal now i m getting periods regularly and planning to concieve.for how many i wilbecome pregnant after stopping novelon?

Hi Novelon is a combined hormonal pill and it might take 2-3 months for your hypothalamo pituitary ovarian axis to normalize after you stop that pill.

However, in PCOD, weight reduction and exercise and pills like clomiphene and metformin helps in ovulation and improves chances of pregnancy. Meet an Endocrinologist
