Strainful Headache On One Side, Pain Around Eyes, Fast Pulse On Lower Side Of Head. Thyroid, Electrolyte, Sugar, Urine Tests Normal. Suggest

Hi doctor,

I am sumit gupta (student age 24). I am having headache from last 2 month ,although it is not very painfull but it feels like strain in whole head ,pain also moves one part to another some times it remain in one side of head and some time it go to the back side of the head some time the area around the eye also have pain. Some time i also have a very fast pulse on the lower side of the head. I am consulting from different doctors from last 2 month but there is no outcome as the all the reports are normal like thyoride ,electrolyte ,sugar , urine ,NCCT head etc.
PLease help me for getting rid of this situation .

Hi, it appears to be the tension head ache, caused by anxiety and tension.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe alpazolam .5 mg at night for 1 year, antibiotic, and pain killers for 5 days, followed by pain killers when ever necessory. Thank you.
