Strange Feelings In Ears. Listen To Music On Earphones. What May Be Wrong?

Hi. I would like to ask something about my ears, First to say I am really addicted about listening songs on headphones and I know to listen more than 2 hours on a day. 2 days ago, I started to have some strange feeling in my both ears, I went to doctor and he checked my eardrum and he said that everything is okay, he doesn't even know what can be problem, so I am wondering if you can help me, I would be so grateful.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with Chronic Acoustic Trauma due to prolonged use of head phones. this is really injurious to inner ear. Get the Audiogram done to rule out sensorineural hearing loss. immediately stop using head phones and consult the ENT surgeon for further management.
Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
Yours sincerely
