Stretched Knee, Weakness In Left Thigh, Left Leg, Using Right Leg More. Treatment?

Hi all,i feel my left thigh and left leg are weakening,and it s looks contracted in size too...I am not able to put more work on left leg...i observed this from past 3 months...recently..I stretched my left knee backwards on sep 2011 and from that day I used to use more my right leg while walking,standing,cycling and other exercises.please help me what could be the reason and diagnosis for this......

There is definite internal injury to your knee, most probably ligamnet or less meniscus , get expert opinion and MRI ,get back after MRI .....................T/t varies after that Regards
