Stroke Attacked, Done Knee Replacement Infected Now, Kidney And Heart Failure, Have Diabetes , BP. Treatment?

My Mom is 85 years old 18 years ago suffered major stroke, now she had knee replacement that kept getting infected. They cleaned it out a 2nd time & put a anti-biotic that pumps automatically in the knee. She now has kidney failure and heart failure but they did not say heart attack or stroke? What does that mean and how bad is this. She is diabetic, heart condition, high blood preassure
