Strong Fumes On Mixing Bleach In Harpic Bottle. Continuous Coughing, Watery Eyes And Sore Throat

Last night, about 10 pm, poored bleach into a part full harpic bottle. To my surprised it bubbled over and the fumes were very very strong. I couldn t stop coughing and my eyes ran until I took some Ibrubufen about 3 pm managed to sleep till 6pm. Woke up with sore throat and coughing although a big improvement from last night. I do feel a lot better and I am flying tomorrow should I be worried?

This is chemical induced irritation causing Pharyngo-laryngitis and also conjuctivitis due to inhalation of the fumes and immediately you should wash your throat,eyes and face aswell to avoid the contactant and some times one dose of anti-histamine and decongestant may help as well as some soothening agents.
