Struggling To Lose Weight. Am Overeating. Exercising Is Not Helping. No Help From Appetite Suppressants. Recommendations?
Hi My name is Teri. I am Polynesian and 48 years old. I live in Melbourne, Australia I have noticed in the past 2 years that I struggle to lose weight. I am constantly overeating, always exercising. but still cannot lose weight and especially the belly fat that seems to increase. Its a vicious circle. I've tried everything, how can I control my eating. Appetite suppressants don't help. I've tried them all. All the fat is around the tummy and thigh area.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Since your age is 48 years and I have seen so many patients who claim that they do hard exercise and eat full ( overeating) . On the name of exercise they burns 2000 calories ( by hard exercises) and consume various food articles which gave them 4500 calories i.e. extra calories deposited over abdominal muscles and upper part of thigh ( most vulnerable part for fat deposition). This is the habit of an individual that one can not control diet. Take two lemons juice on empty stomach twice in day with tepid water and you will notice the result within 3 months provide control diet. Avoid sugar and greasy , spicy food . Race is the best exercise for tummy fat . Good luck. Dr. HET
