Stung By Mud Wasps, Swelling. Soaked In Epson Salt, Applied Nersprium. Opinion?

I was stung in 5 places on my hand-wrist by MUD WASPS. Later on 3- or more on my front ankle and back right ankle. Very swollen, in all area's where I was stung. No signs of throat or heavy breathing pain..... Live in the country not really close to a hospital so to say... I soaked in EPSON salt and put nersporiun (SP) on.
Is there anything else to do.?? This happened about 4 hours ago.. The recent ones about 1 hour ago on the ankles..
