You would agree that in order to make a correct diagnosis and treatment plan, detailed history, clinical examination and full
MRI brain reports are mandatory.
However, with the limited information available, I can say that the problem is minor and there is no cause of concern. Micovascular ischemic disease refers to decreased blood flow to brain. This could explain some of your symptoms such as memory lapses and
dizziness.
You would need to be on
aspirin to reduce the chances of brain
stroke in the future.
