Sudden Anxiety, Done Urine Test, Vision Change. Any Ideas?

I suddenly and I mean SUDDENLY developed anxiety , woke up one morning, it was unbearable. During that time the doctor did some tests, my epinephrine levels and two others, which for some reason I cannot remember at this point, which is odd because I have had all this memorized for the last 3 years. But anyway, these levels were all high almost 3 times the amount. They did a 24 hour urine test on me, at that point the levels were normal, and my anxiety had calmed down to a bearable level. Since that time I have not been me, vision changed, anxious - not horribly, but just like somebody different. Any ideas?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Public Forum

From your description it appear that you had attack of severe anxiety (panic attack). It can occur due to increase epinephrine level, hormonal imbalance or anxiety disorder etc.

If tests are normal and problem is prolonged or severe, then you can visit specialist like psychiatrist for assessment and treatment.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.

Regards,
