Sudden Dizziness, Nausea, Temperature, Terrible Headache, Difficulty Walking. Reason?

I was at work and all of a sudden I felt extreamly ill, there was no warning. I experianced extream dizziness and nausea . After being sent home early I layed down for a few hours, I had a tempeture of 102, terrible back pain , nausea and a terrible head ache, along with difficulty walking, just short trips to the bathroom are a challenge because such a large amount of lack of balance.

hello, these symptoms are due to high fever, go for blood test for proper diagnose of fever.
