Sudden Increase In Weight, Unable To Lose, Active, Eating Healthy, Feeling Tired. Reason?

Hi, I am a 38 yearold female and have been active most of my life and have managed my weight around 112 pounds. In 1 year I have gained 10 pounds and cannot seem to lose anymore than 0.5 - 1.5 lbs I am still active and maintain a healthy eating plan, this is also followed by extreme tiredness. i wake up for work at 6:45 am and by 9:45 PM I am completely wiped out and redy for bed. Not sure if it s age.

Hi,
From history it seems that at this age having this problem of having increasing weight, tiredness you should rule out,
Hypothyroid,
Diabetes.
Consult physician and get examinied.
