Sudden Increase In Weight, Unable To Lose, Active, Eating Healthy, Feeling Tired. Reason?
Hi, I am a 38 yearold female and have been active most of my life and have managed my weight around 112 pounds. In 1 year I have gained 10 pounds and cannot seem to lose anymore than 0.5 - 1.5 lbs I am still active and maintain a healthy eating plan, this is also followed by extreme tiredness. i wake up for work at 6:45 am and by 9:45 PM I am completely wiped out and redy for bed. Not sure if it s age.
Hi, From history it seems that at this age having this problem of having increasing weight, tiredness you should rule out, Hypothyroid, Diabetes. Consult physician and get examinied. Ok and take care.
