Sudden Swelling On Scrotum, Enlarged To The Size Of Grapefruit, Swelling On Foot. EKG, Chest X-ray, Blood Work Normal. Suggestion?
My scrotum suddenly became swolen this morning and by noon, enlarged to the size of a grapefruit. My left foot became swollen at the same time. I spent the day at the ER, but they found nothing wrong with my heart. Performed EKG , chest x-rays, ultra sound and lots of blood work. They found nothing wrong with me. Help!

Did you get the scrotal ultrasound done? If not, please get it done. It seems like a local pathology in the scrotum than anything to do with the heart.
