Suddenly Get Stomachpain, Urgency To Pass Bowels, Sometimes Diarroea, Vomitting. Stool Test Normal. Reason?
Hi. Let you tell me abit about what's been going on. For about 3 years now I have been having trouble with my bowel and stomach. It started around 2010 with a bout of diarrhoea which lasted for like 13 days. It would happen at any time of day but it was full on if didn't go there and then would not make it. Since 2010 I have had numerous bouts of diarrhoea off and on I get no warning except for horrendous stomach cramps. The cramps can stay for like 30 minutes after I have been the toilet. So I can have it for a day a couple hours or like 3 days. The latest is I will eat and half way through a meal I get pain in abdomen feel hot like I'm on fire and then have to run to the toilet. This can happen no matter what time of day I get a feeling like my face is on fire sometimes I sweat like beading and sometimes I don't. I've been waking up with stomach pain but doesn't last a long time. I had a trip to emergancy room last year with pain in lower back area a red body all over like i was burning and i had been Vomiting before that. i have had probaly 6 differnet times where i just all of a sudden start vomiting for like anywhere feom 1hour to 6 hours. imwas shopping the othernday and had to Stop car and just made it to 2 different public toliets its just rediculous.The worst thing is I'm getting so sick of not knowing if I will have to ricksha to toilet or not, I feel sick a lot of the time to and nauseated. Have been to my doctor put me on pariet tablets once aday been on them for like 1half years, take antacids all the time. did a bowel sample and was all good.Please if anyone can give me any suggestions would be good. I am really sorry for your ill health. Your presentation brings few conditions into my mind. There is possibility of a condition called irritable bowel syndrome which is characterized by abdominal cramps and pain, diarrhea and sometimes constipation but also the possibility of various other conditions like Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis etc.
As you have mentioned that you had few attacks with red body all over like you were burning, some very rare kind of conditions can be suspected like extra mast cells deposition in stomach (Mastocytosis) which may present as diarrhea and stomach pain if the mast cells are in your stomach and intestines. Please take specialist's opinion of this area like Gastroenterologist.
