I have a long medical history I am wht cauc age 63 have hep c, illeostomy, leaky mitral and aortic valves w weakened heart muscle, irregular heart beat, oh and I have a rectal stump. So I am a good weight and on meds oh forgot acid reflux disease oh and depression and self diagnose add. what is the best thing I can do to continue to feel as good as I do?
