Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear sir/Madam
thanks for your query to us.
If your basic heart rate is high or it is low. At times they are associated with low heart rate and management is different.
When basal heart rate is normal or high, They may respond to higher doses of beta-blockers and at time calcium channel blockers. Please avoid tea/ coffee/ alcohol/ smoking/ excess worry/ anxiety. If you are on any medication like for asthma or thyroid disorder or if you have some lung disease, it should be tackled.
I hope you have a normal heart on ECHO.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
