First the pill you are taking has no direct relation to a Patulous Eustachian tube but you must remember that this pill has so many rare side effects so a direct or indirect relation cannot be ruled out. The side effects include thrombosis, migraine, headache etc. A Patulous Eustachian tube has many causes and since you are interested in treating the same let us see what you can do for the same. You need to undergo a full audiometric analysis including PTA and impedance You need to undergo pan-endoscopy of the nose, throat and nasopharynx You need to take a eustachian tube functional study including endoscopy Get these tests done and get back to me with the reports Meanwhile take antihistamines like levocetrizine once daily and steam inhalation twice daily take care regards Dr Sriram Nathan
