Suffer From Pain After Knee Popping. Is It Due To Supplements Taken During Workout?

Hi - My right knee pops sometimes for no reason and I suffer pain for about a week and it goes away, I am in good shape and I wonder if its from too many tums or some of the supplements I take when working out. (no-explode The pain is deep, sometime in the back and sometimes in the knee cap.

Thanks for query on HCM.
Pain is most likely due to some injury or sprain of surrounding ligaments and soft tissue.
It usually occurs due to improper posture in sports activity,working,sleeping.
Go for x-ray of that knee to confirm the diagnosis.
Start nsaid with serratiopeptidase.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
B12,folic acid,minerals,calcium will be helpful.
Avoid any extra weight bearing,sports activity till get complete cure.
Apply Elastoplast on it during movement.
Physiotherapy is advisable.
Consult orthopedician for proper medications.
