Suffer From Pain In The Stomach And Penis, Pain While Urination. On Pain Killers. Suggestions?

Hi sir,
this is srinivasa rao , age-32 and i am suffering from pain between stomach and penis, i consult the doctor, he scanned, but no infection observed in scaning report, he suggested some pain killers like nurokind and aceclo plus, but no use with the same. I am suffering before urinating and after urinating. i will be marry may29th-2013.plz suggest

Hi Srinivasa,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you are having Urinary Tract Infection(UTI).
It is not detected by a scan and needs urine examination.

You should get following investigations done :-
1. Urine examination(Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Senstivity).
2. Complete Blood Count(CBC).

You should drink lots of pure water daily. It will help in limiting/treating the infection.

Treatment can be planned according to the culture/senstivity reports of the urine examination.
