Suffer Gas Trouble. Colonoscopy Found Multiple Small Ulcers In Terminal Ileum. Suggestions?

Sir,
I am 38 old male. I am suffering from gas problem and acidity from age 10 onwards. I am intended to go to toilet severel times in a day. Recently I have consulted a doctor and he advised me to take endoscopy and colonoscopy. In colonoscopy found "multiple small ulcers in terminal ileum". Biopsy tests also done. Nothing specially found. The biopsy result is 1." Ileal mucosa showing moderate inflamation", "II. colonic mucosa showing mild inflamation". Dr. said that he could not find crohn's disease or TB that normally causes ulcers in terminal ileum. He could not find the cause for the ulcer.
He prescribed the following medicines
SOMPRAZ 40 MG TAB, AMITRYN 10 TAB, RIFAGUT 200 MG TAB. and advised me to consult him after one month.
But still I am having problems. Request your kind advice..

Hi dear

Welcome to the platform of Health care magic.

As you have narrated your symptoms and signs regarding your problem. With all these I can make out that you are a patient of Chronic Amoebic dysentry.

Some investigation like Stool routine microscopic examination and culture sensitvity will be of utmost guidance to the physician.

In my openion such patients should recieve a complete course of antiamoebic drugs with proper doses. Along with this he should also be given(PPI) Proton pump inhibitor drug for a month or so with the consultation of physician.

If the culture report reveals some additional bacterial etiology then one should be addvised some relevant antibiotic with proper and full doses.

Hope one should be better with all these measures.

Thanks
