Suffered Paralysis In Childhood. One Leg Is Weak Due To Poor Blood Circulation. Any Exercise?
I have suffered from paralysis attack in the left portion of my body in my childhood. But it got cured that time itself leaving 40 percent of my left leg's blood circulation down. My left leg is grown of the same size as my right leg is but is comparatively thin and weak. Please suggest any exercise or treatment that needs to be taken.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The childhood paralysis with muscle wasting and nerve root affection is difficult to recover in adulthood. Still you can formulate an exercise regimen after consulting a physical therapist. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
