Suffering Form Migraine,pain In Eyes,nose And Tongue Mostly On The Right Side And Bleeding Of Nose

Hi I suffer with migraines, and get pins and needles down the right side of my body it s always the right side and pins and needles go through my eyes, my nose, my tongue. I also get an odd sensation of like pins and in needles in the back of my head on rare occasions, and tend to have quite frequent nose bleeds, they don t last long, but the other night I had woke to close the bedroom window and next thing I knew my nose was bleeding. what could be causing this?

Thanks for asking query,
I have gone through your query ,your main concern is nose bleed,though you suffer with migraine but it does not cause nose bleeds, there are many causes for nose bleeds mostly dry nasal membrane & nose picking by fingers,but in some people Very high BP can cause, some platelets deficiency in blood also cause it.so ask your local Dr to do CBC blood test ,check Bp , if normal BP,and cbc test, also ENT examination done by Dr showing no abnormality. then it is just local causes in nose like Dryness ,allergy ,nose picking habits is also causing nose bleeds ,so you take good amount of water, proper lubrication of inner lining of nose by Vaseline/olive oil & avoid nose picking.In case nosebleeds ,follow these steps to stop it:
1.sit up straight,tilt head slightly forward
2.Pinch soft part of your nose ,by use of thumb & forefinger. keep pinching for complete 10 Minutes.
3.Apply ice packs to your nose & cheeks,even cool water if ice not available.
do this for 10 to 15 minutes.
4.check nosebleeds after doing above procedure in home, if still nose bleed
did not stopped ,then go to ER /hospital for help.
