The most important predisposing factors of Delirium
Dementia Depression:
Older age
Cognitive impairment / dementia
Physical comorbidity (biventricular failure, cancer,
cerebrovascular disease)
Psychiatric comorbidity (e.g. depression)
Sensory impairment (vision, hearing)
Functional dependence (e.g. requiring assistance for self-care and/or mobility)
Dehydration / Malnutrition
Drugs and drug-dependence.
My Advice is to Maintain
Hemoglobin in Safer Level and Prevention of diseases,
Sit and relax in adequately ventilated surroundings,
Drink Plenty of Water,
Adequate Balanced Nutritions
Avoid intake of Drugs if possible
Maintain Bowel and Bladder Habits,
Avoid Caffeine , Nicotine
Regular Morning Exercises..
Tab.Alprax .25mg at night..
Avoid Stress and Strain..
