Suffering From Neuropathy In Feet. Falling Ill On Taking Cembalta, Lyrica. Different Treatments Not Helping. Cure?

I've been suffering with Neuropathy of the feet for the past 2 1/2 years. I've been too 3 different foot Dr.'s,
Had shock treatments, warm water therapy, laser beam and some kind of radio wave treatments.
I've dried taking drugs like Cembalta and Lyrica to treat the pain but they make me very ill when I use them.
I'm at my wits end, I don't know what or where to go for the relief of the pain. (24 hrs a day)
I've tried different kinds of neuropathy vitamins but they don't help either.
I am almost 73 yrs old now, do I have to live the rest of my life with neuropathy. Do you know any type of curing for this disease? Thank you for what ever help that you can give...< YYYY@YYYY

Hello,
I can understand your agony but the fact is that it is very very difficult to treat the neuropathic pains completely.Only 40-60% of patients get partial relief.
Aim of the treatment is to reduce the amount of pain do that it becomes bearable and manageable.
The most favored drugs for treatment of neuropathic pains are antidepressants like DULOXETINE ( CYMBALTA ) and anti convulsants like PREGABLIN ( LYRICA ).
I would advise you to try these drugs again.
Along with these you may use local lidocaine patches for relief and can opt for opiates like methadone but their use can lead to addiction.
You may try transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation ( TENS ) therapy.
Thanks
