PCOS and thyroid disease can affect plans to conceive but both can be treated.
The thyroid replacement medication would help improve your thyroid levels and your doctor will check at intervals to ensure that the dose is ok for you.
In terms of the PCOS, benforce M contains metformin which is commonly used in PCOS. This medication helps with improving the chance of conception, regularises the period, reduces insulin resistance and abnormal hair growth.
If there is any excess weight then weight loss will help improve your symptoms.
If the above medication is not effective for you then your doctor may consider medications that help with the release of eggs from the ovary (clomiphene)
I hope this helps
