hello,m nd having PCOS frm past 1 yr.m single.to regularise my period cycle,for how much duration i need to have allopathic medicine. and will it get regular everytime later without medicine help? or is it better to go for ayurvedic treatment?pls suggest.

allopathic or aryurvedic medicine? the most important thing for you to understand is the basic problem with pcos. you should take the form of treatment which you have faith in and are ready to follow. what medicaiton are you presently taking? do you have just polycystic ovaries on ultrasound or do you have an entire syndrome of polycystic ovaries?
