Hi,
welcome to health care magic forum,
Arnica 200 a homeopathic medicine is a very good medicine for pain after tooth extraction, will be safe and no side effects so can be used in pregnancy with out any contradiction.

Dentist, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Manish Gupta's Response
Hello,
Paracetamol/tylenol is the safest medication during pregnancy. A dose of upto 1g every 6th hourly is acceptable. Gargle with warm saline water every 4th hrly esp after food.
If the pain still does not reduce it is better to go to the doctor who removed the tooth & seek advise.
Take care...
