Hello,
Nausea, vomiting and dizziness is commonly seen in the first trimester. You may even have some cramps but you also need to be careful that you dont miscarry. You need to rest as much as possible, dont do heavy lifting.Any cramps increasing in intensity, you need to get an ultrasound asap. The H Pylori can cause some gastric irritation and you may have some flecks of blood in your vomit. But you need to see a doctor immediately if this occurs again.Any bleeding see a doctor immediately. You should get a full ante natal check up done if you havent already.
