Suffering From Acid Reflux. Taking Medication, Burning Sensation In Tongue, Painful. Recommendations?

Hello my name is Trina,
42 years old, and have acid reflux very bad. I was told I have Barrett's on my esophagus. I was on Prilosec for 2 weeks 2 in the morning, was not working, now I am on nexium in the morning and I have been taking probiotics as well. I am still having the acid reflux, not as bad but now my tongue burns and hurts.

hi, you have reflux esophagitis, and taking antacids, take prokinetics along with that. make some lifestyle changes, aviod spicy food, smoking, alcohol, stress. have small frequent meals and shouldnot lie down immediately after food. if it doesnot work see your gastroenterologist for further management. all the very best.
