Suffering From Arthritis. Pain In Legs, Feet. MRI Scan Resulted Problem In Disc. Why Is It?
Hi,
My mother is 56 yrs old and is not well the past 1.5 yrs.She has a problem of arthritis and now she is complaining that she is feeling as if current is going around her legs and feet.she is not able to stand more than 15 min.however she is trying to do work like cooking and try to walk also but after that she is feeling lots of pain.we went to many doctors but nothing is working right now.MRI also has been done and in reports the small survival and disc problem is showing. please suggest.
Well what you mother is reffering as if feeling of current is going around her legs could be due to some nerve compression . You havent mentioned clearly what were MRI findings and what type of arthritis you mother is suffering from because both the problems arthritis and pin acn be linked also or altogether can be different issues. You are advised to see an orthopaedic surgeon to rule out any kind of nerve compression . You are also advised to see a rheumatologist to assess your disease activity pertaining to arthritis .
Wish you good health
Take care.
