Hello Clint,
Do not worry you will be fine soon. These are symptoms of nervous tension and extreme discomfort. Your symptoms make me feel that there is something that makes you upset in or around your life. If it is your studies do not get anxious. It will just get you stressed up. Think positive life is beautiful and there are many great things to do. Try to make yourself comfortable and stay in airy place where you feel fresh. Do what makes you happy and does not hamper your health. You can also make yourself feel happy by eating your favorite food, listening to a nice music or playing games.
You are suffering from sleep problems. The cause can be peer pressure, relationship stress, emotional problems, difficulties in study, etc. Sleep problems indicate that your health is not very sound physically, mentally and emotionally.
It is good that you have started caring for yourself. It is better to get well first. Once you are fine you can happily pursue your studies. A little lack of sleep makes a lot of difference in the power to concentrate and perform. It may make you feel week and sick. You may feel less energetic than any other friend of yours. Lack of sleep in future may cause mild or major physical as well as mental problems.
You need to see a General practitioner and have routine blood tests done, your general health is week. You need nutritional supplements. You can practice
yoga under an expert to improve your breathing ( inhalation and exhalation). You can visit a counselor who can teach you good sleeping techniques. I will suggest you to read a story book before you go t bed, take a glass of milk, have a warm bath before you sleep. Take balanced and nutritious diet. Exercise regularly. Make your bed room a cool place to relax in, re-arrange your room, change your mattress, add a different colour to your room, make sure it is an airy and a nice cool place where you will love to spend time and sleep. Have a nice day, take care..
