Suffering From Cold, Cough, Nose Bleeds, Mucus From Mouth. Treatment Options?
I am 28 years old.I have been suffering with cough and cold since 20th oct 12.Recently sometime I have seen some blood stain into the thick mucus coming out from nose through mouth. but while the thick mucus coming out from my chest by coughing it s normal, there is no blood strain in it. What could be the reason and what steps need to take?

Cold and/or cough for 10 days or more needs investigation.
Blood stained mucus from nose demands the same - You should have X-ray chest and sinuses, blood counts and so on.
You may need a good broad spectrum anti-biotic / for the sinus, it should preferably cover anaerobic organism also.
See your GP - he will start symptomatic treatment and simultaneously start the tests.
